I might just go ahead and three-bet fifth myself, but mimicking the strong low draw/made low is fine too. If the guy is a good player, you should be beaten a fair amount of the time, though. Depending on my opponent, I might just call on sixth myself. The hands that make the most sense for him to raise on fifth are a straight, Eights and Sevens, or a set, and when he catches that Seven on sixth you're losing to all of them.

I was bad enough at stud before I took time off, not playing just made it worse. I really shouldn't be playing 30/60 now.

My main concern was 5th, which is now a clear 3bet by consensus. On 6th the 7 didn't bother me much, mainly because villain raises a ton of hands on 5th with those boards, still I'm probably beaten alot more than I originally envisioned.
