Changed names on PP, not listed on poker tracker

I just changed my name as it appears to others on party poker but poker tracker doesnt have me listed at all so I can't select my name as an alias, anyone know whats going on?

yeah i've loaded tons of hands but for some reason pt is taking in rooms im in as observed rooms not ones im playing in. And my name is not listed anywhere on PT so i cant make an alias for it.

are you sure you didn't already make an alias for it, in which case it would now be hidden?

in your preferences do you have some setting set whereby you need a certain amount of hands to be shown? a certain limit? a certain time frame?

Make sure you tell PT to look in the HH folder for your new alias name.
