Trouble reading the low (Easy question)

Alright, I'm new to Hi/Lo and I was really confused when I lost this hand because I thought I had the low.

I have AJ82 and villain has A433. The board shows 9658A.

How does he have the low? My low is A2568 and his low is A3456. Either a mistake was made, or I am grossly confused about how the low works when your hand pairs the board and some counterfeiting is going on.
