Default Good reads of donk, how to isolate

Playing today 15/30 short handed in one smaller site.
It comes pretty fast obvious that one of the donks that I know only from NL games, is very [censored] up in fixed. And in first 30mins of playing I get these reads, so how to isolate and extract the most.

1) He plays every single hand.
2) If I three bet him preflop he will cap it every time.
3) He will bet flop and turn everytime, but on river he can check even fairly good hands.
4) There is other big donk who will call 90% of every bets, and raise/bet only top pair good kicker or better hands. And he is between me and the donk1. I have position to both...

I think I did fairly well, and the donk1 ended up loosing his $3500 in less then a hour(is that even possible? )

It's going to be difficult to answer these without you posting hands.
