Default Call down with JJ UI?

Villain has played 3 out of his first 6 hands on the table and raised once before preflop.

PokerStars 0.05/0.10 Hold'em (10 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is BB with J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">UTG+2 raises</font>, <font color="#666666">3 folds</font>, CO calls, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero 3-bets</font>, <font color="#CC3333">UTG+2 caps</font>, CO calls, Hero calls.

Flop: (12.40 SB) 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 5[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">Hero bets</font>, <font color="#CC3333">UTG+2 raises</font>, CO calls, Hero calls.

Turn: (9.20 BB) K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
Hero checks, <font color="#CC3333">UTG+2 bets</font>, CO folds, Hero ?

What does an unknown cap with preflop? AA, KK, QQ, AK or even AQ. 4 of these hands beat me on the turn. Is this a standard fold?

Yeah, fold. You're probably sunk, and if you're not, you may still lose to T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]T.

I would call this down.
Especially since it is heads up.

What hands could villain have here that you beat? How often does he have those hands relative to how often to hands that beat you? How many outs do you have if you're behind?

I've been meaning to ask this but thought I would get noted as a beginner...what does UI mean? Sorry for being totally clueless...ive found the other abbreviations out on my own but am stumped with this one. Thx for the help.

Back to the hand, I would have folded in that spot too. There are not many hands at all that you can beat here, like the other posters said, especially with a pre flop cap. You were probably ahead on the flop but got outdrawn on the turn. My guess is he has AKs.

I muck this.

Is it just me or does this seem like a surprisingly tight table for .05/.10? I think I fold this and then go look for a better table.

I built most of my roll on stars, and let me tell you stars can be pretty weird like that.

not that I'm complaining, it turned me into a blind stealing, open-raising, aggressive animal

Folds. You should have plenty of other chances to find out what sort of player Villain is and can adjust (if there's a) next time. I want to know that he's LAGtastic if I'm going to continue. 3-betting and capping standards for average players tend to be fairly reasonable.
