Unless you think they're limping with AQ or AK, you should raise preflop.

Flop bet is okay.

Everyone folds? Tough one, but since there's no obvious draws I'd be tempted to lay low and slow-play for the big bets, hoping a Q/K/A comes on the turn.

I thought about that too, but all the cool kids say that fastplay is the new slowplay......

I vary it depending on position and image. The board is very scary to anyone without the case jack..... since there are no (easy) draws, I'm more often slow-playing this from early position. Late position I'm betting it if checked to, as this looks far less suspicious and more like a steal.
If it's bet to me, I make a judgement depending on the number of people in/behind/etc as to whether I should raise.

Which other hands apart those containing a Jack (and 77) would you consider leadbetting with here?

I am not thrilled about the preflop call.

Depends on the opponent. I'm more inclined to fold than raise or call. Though I'll do all 3 depending on the exact dynamics.

Even with the overlay there from the other 3 players? I'm likely getting 26:4 on the call. I'm lost now.
