Is he going to be betting the scare card with KQ/a lesser pocket pair more than 1 in 7.5 times? Probably not, although the limit being played has some effect on it.

All that said, while I'd love to be able to say "just fold, the pot isn't big enough to justify a call", I make the crying call about 100% of the time, unless I have a very firm read on my opponent.
