Weird eurobet connection issues.. (Computer geniuses please help)

Hey guys, my computer is acting really weird. On my desktop comp, I can connect to Party poker but I can't connect to Eurobet. On my laptop using the wireless from the same router that my desktop is connected to, I can connect to Eurobet. What settings might I have set to make this happen?

Edit to add - Eurobet stops at "Setting up Connection..."
