Showing down sucks
I swear to god, the lower my wtsd gets, the better I do.
Sometimes I try this "calling down" thing you guys talk about, and I always lose. Party Poker 3/6 Hold'em (6 max, 6 handed) converter Preflop: Hero is BB with 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]. UTG calls, 1 fold, CO calls, 1 fold, SB completes, Hero checks. Flop: (4 SB) K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (4 players) SB checks, Hero bets, UTG folds, CO raises, SB calls, Hero calls. Turn: (5 BB) 5[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (3 players) SB checks, Hero checks, CO bets, SB calls, Hero calls. River: (8 BB) 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (3 players) SB checks, Hero checks, CO checks. Final Pot: 8 BB |

Re: Showing down sucks
I would fold the turn, but I'm w/t.
My w/t reasoning: If CO only has a flush draw, or a 9 and a gutshot or something, you still have to worry about SB, who beats you with any K or Q. Hopefully someone will correct me if this is wrong. |

Re: Showing down sucks
I don't bet this flop. I fold the turn.
