I limp with QJo

The flop misses me and contains an ace of clubs. Everyone checks.
The turn makes 4 to a flush for my Q of clubs. with .75 in the pot, i make a .75 semi bluff. It is called and there is now 2.25 in the pot. Obviously another flush drawer i would say.
Now the river comes with another club. The Ace is on the board, only the King of clubs can beat me.
The other guy bets 7 dollar. I have no read, it is one of the first hands on this table.

Should i call ?

Without a read I think I dump it, but that may be kind of weak.
