Default Link needed: software that helps with Multi-tabling

Does anyone have a link where I can download the program that helps with Multi-tabling? I believe there is a program that automatically "brings to front" a window whenever you move your mouse cursor over it.

Thanks,
HEK

What you described is the x-mouse feature of tweakui.

Search for "windows powertools tweakui" on google or something. Download it. Open it. Under the "mouse" tab, select the "x-mouse" tab, then check both available boxes.

Have fun.

While we are on the topic, a while ago I saw mention of a program called "multitablehelper". Anyone know about this?
