Default Flopping a winning hand - extraction

WTF must you do to get the money...
For example, flopping a Str8, non scary Full House or Nut Flush. In early position, if you've been neither tight nor loose do you min bet or overbet hoping for raise.
I've tried to slow play these but everyone just folds whenever you get around to raising on whatever street...

Any advice? Maybe i should just bet out anyways, but sometimes I'd want to induce bets and/or let them catch up right?
