Some people say that when you are drunk, you inadvertently reveal your true feelings.
Do you believe this to be true?

Totally hypothetical example; You receive a drunk call from a recent ex-girlfriend
and the words 'i miss you' and 'i love you' are used excessively.

when im piss drunk i usually cant complete a sentence. anything before that stage of drunkeness im in full control of my thoughts. if i went on a truth-telling rampage during stage 2 it would sound something like this:
