Default Linksys NetSet Assistant Question

so I dl'ed the file and started running it to detect my wireless adapter. The lady on the phone said to copy the settings onto a cd or flash card or whatever and install it onto the other computers to enable wireless networking.

Anyhow, it's been like 30 minutes and it's still not done detecting and checking my system. It says 'Please Wait' and the timer clock thing is circling around so I'm guessing it's still running and not frozen.

Any idea how long this takes? And does this really work? Linksys people question me sometimes...

I didn't really like the Linksys help people either.

Firefox didn't like their NetSet thing so I had to open IE one more time. Maybe you can turn something off, but I was on the phone and not that smart at the time.

But yes, ask the smarter guys over in Tech Help.

linksys support sucks. I was on the phone for over an hour and finally hung up after I was put on hold for like 15 min while the support guy was 'looking for the solution'. retard.

I fixed my own problem after trial and error. now everything works fine.

linksys sucks. I rule.

that's all.
