Default good move... or fps???

Note: this was the villians standard weak raise but i was fairly sure i could represent a monster since i hadnt repopped any of his raises until now (although it was tempting). The question is would you guys do this at a 10$$??? is it better suited for a higher buyin? or is it just a donk play in general, because shorty is too short? was shorties call as bad as i think it was? any thoughts would be appreciated. thanks in advance.
