Call All-in with 8\'s?

Empire $100 rebuy tourney.
26 players left, all in the money. Next jump is at 9th place.

Hero is MP3 with 88, M=4, Q=0.6. The table is playing reasonably tight, still.

UTG+1 with M=8 goes all-in. All fold to you. Should you call?
