Default Hypothetical pot odds question

You're playing the first hand of a heads up home game, and the situation stands as follows. You have AA, the board is A, 9, 7, 3 rainbow. T200 in the pot right now. Your stack is T1400 your opponent is T1400. For some reason you both decide to flip your cards face up. Your opponent has 10, 6 and plays perfectly. How much do you bet, and what should your opponent do?

Thanks in advance.

You should just bet 20, since he plays perfect, and you pot equity would be about T218.4 after he calls your bet. If you bet 21 or higher, he would fold and you only win T200.

If you're right, then the results of the voting are interesting. Is my opponent guaranteed to call if I bet 20? Or is he indifferent? If he's indifferent, should I bet 19 instead?

That's not the right move - you put 20 more into the pot to increase your pot equity by 18.4, which costs you 1.6 chips.

In this scenario, we know 8 of the cards, leaving 44 unknown in the deck. 4 of those cards complete his gutshot and give him the win, the 40 other cards make us the victor. The exact amount where our perfect opponent would be indifferent between calling his 10-1 shot and folding is 22.22 chips. If we bet less, we are giving him correct odds to call + we give up equity. Since we can't bet fractional chips, we need to bet at least 23 (making our opponent fold) to maximize our EV.

Dont bet to much. If you have a habit of flipping your cards over, you need to extract a lot of chips, when you know you have the best of it.

Am I missing something? If our opponent does play "perfectly" then it won't matter how much we bet because he will only call when the pot odds are in his favor.
Knowing that I would just make a big bet and take it right there.
