I got lucky? 20/40
Betfair 20/40 6hand, anyone know how to import hand histories from there?
Anyway, unknow player, who seems to be on agressive side, open raises UTG+1 I three-bet with A [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] J [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] from the next position. Others fold and he calls. Flop: K [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 6 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 6 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] he check-calls. Turn 8 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] check-heck River T [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] he bets - do I call or raise here? And how are the other streets. |

Re: I got lucky? 20/40
I call the river. I think you played the rest of the hand well.
I wouldn't raise the river because he is unlikely to call your raise with a worse hand. Even if he is aggressive, it's fairly unlikely that he raises in EP with a hand that includes a worse heart than yours. Also, against an aggressive player it would be difficult to fold to a 3-bet, so calling his first bet seems the best line. I like the turn check because even aggressive players will fold a paired/king high flop. When an aggressive player check-calls this type of flop I would suspect that a turn CR is coming. I'd hate to pay 2 bets on the turn when my hand is only so-so with outs (maybe), but is still strong enough to showdown unimproved on this board. |

Re: I got lucky? 20/40
Just realized this was 20/40...not typical 3/6 donks that would call a raise...i'd agree with spydog.

Re: I got lucky? 20/40
I just call the river, because unless hes a total idiot, he isnt calling your raise with a worse hand.
I like how you played all the other streets. |
