Party's bot verification code bug... missing buttons!

When that thing pops up and I enter the code, my buttons disappear from any hand I am actively in.

So, for example, just now I had it pop up, and I had to wait to finish the hands I was in before I entered the code for fear of losing my ability to play out the hands. This has happened too many times so far to me.

Unfortunately, I didn't notice that right as that hand wrapped up and I entered the code, I was dealt a big pair at one of my SHed tables and of course, away went my action buttons. So, I had to sit and watch myself get timed out because I had no call fold or raise buttons.

Can't Party get their crap together? It's such a joke.

That crap happened to me also .. bunch of incompetents.

Also, can't they figure out that you are not a bot and not ask you every 2 seconds?

And I'm glad to hear I'm not the only one having this problem.

It's a standard probelm for Party Poker. I stopped playing for 6 months in '03-'04 until it started working again. I complained but all they could recommend was to turn off my hardware acceleration? [img]/images/graemlins/confused.gif[/img]

This happens to me too... as soon as I click "okay" I get disconnected from the table... comes in handy sometimes [img]/images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img]

I still haven't seen this popup. Is this happening on all of the skins? Just curious why I have not yet seen this dialog while some people seem to be getting it all of the time.

Same here, maybe it has to do with how many tables you play (I play only 2)

I've even tried acting like a bot!! Ex. waiting the exact amount of time to make decisions!

I usually play 4, but I usually have no other software running except for maybe a web browser and iTunes.

I also mostly play SNGs and haven't heard it talked about in the SNG Forum, so maybe it's just a limit ring thing?.

Possibly when they detect software running that is unknown to them? Or maybe just in certain games? Eurobet only?
