Phoenix to match Atlanta's offer on Joe Johnson

At first it might appear as overkill by Phoenix but if they let Johnson go they don't have a 2-guard or a dependable one-on-one halfcourt scorer for those occasions when their fastbreak is slowed down. He is also their most reliable three-point threat and a solid defender. There is no way to replace him with any of the remaining 2-guards on the market. Your thoughts?
