Default EV of Solitaire

Now that I have a boring office job, I have found myself playing many hours of Vegas-style solitaire.

I would hardly say that I'm a perfect player, but the fact that I'm pretty much always in the hole got me thinking about the EV of solitaire.

When played perfectly, what is the EV of the Vegas-style solitaire (Draw 3 cards) that is played on any standard Windows computer?

Also, is this the right forum?

No exact solution is known. This article says that 99.75% of games are theoretically winnable, if you (as the saying goes) play your cards right. However, making even a few wrong guesses can make the game unwinnable.
