Default When to push?

Initial Reads: Having only seen 20 hands
BB is LAG. I play pretty aggressive after the flop, but should I continue to push on this hand
with no sign of him backing down?

I agree, he's playing like he's got a big pocket pair also (hopefully K's!) and would lead the turn.

It would be fun to checkraise this turn, but you can't assume he's going to bet for you. I would lead it. Lead or check call the river depending on what he does with turn.

Lead the turn, call if raised. check/call the river.

You don't play very aggressively after the flop.
