If all else fails, you can post it like that, or use find-and-replace to hide your own name.

But better still is to use the bisonbison converter if your site is supported (and it looks to me like Party, which certainly is).

Bison's converter will give you the following (Are you sure this is worth posting?):

I noticed your hand history example stated net profit for you. I sure wish PokerStars did that, and losses too!
