The 1500 Turn bet is rather small to a 7200 Flop, though i can understand why you'd be frightened. To me, it looks like your betting just for the sake of betting, as you can't really learn anything from that size bet. I would generally make this kind of bet on a really strong hand, only...unless i'm bluffing an incredibly smart player who might be susceptible to a Post Oak Bluff.

Thus, i have no better idea what MP2 has than you do. Then again, his 1500 raise is even more ludicrously small: 1) meaning it's a semi-bluff because you showed weakness 2) small because he just got a straight or two pair and doesn't want to lose a customer, 3) (most likely) because of laziness since it's easier to click min-raise rather than change the amount, or 4) because he's clicking things at random because clicking is fun.

As for the River, checking is fine. He may have KJ as you thought and i know i lack the gonads to attempt bluffing into this to try to get him to fold a straight.
