stars 1/2
ive been trying to move from the .5/1 game at stars. i have been crushing that game but whenever i take a shot at the 1/2 i get my ass handed to me. ive never really ran too well in the 1/2 but is it really that much harder???

Re: stars 1/2
when I was clearing the stars bonuses, I found 1/2 to be very weak tight passive. So I adjusted by attempting to steal blinds more and also I bluffed more on the flop and turn when no one has shown aggression. All the little pots that these guys don't want add up and can be quite profitable. Of course you should still look for the loose games if they are available, but if there are no loose games then this is what I do to try and win.

Re: stars 1/2
The 1/2 at PS is only slighty tougher than the .5/1. Both play terribly, but you'll find fewer people willing to call raises with any 2.
