Default TT -- Misplayed? Should have raised turn?

Villain plays 2/3 of his hands. Low post-flop aggression, but not totally passive.

I think I should have raised the turn, but I didn't expect him to bet so I slowed down. On the river, I felt I was ahead (he missed his flush draw) or I had a chance to push him off a bigger pair.

Standard play except the river is a very slim value bet here. There is no way your pushing a maniac off of a bigger pair here so that thinking is wrong. You make that bet for maybe slim value and cross your fingers.

That's right as I look at it.

What about the turn? Should I have raised? He had to think he could c/r if he wanted to...

Maniacs throw me. My line usually in this is to call the turn and most likely check behind on the river. I like my hand, but I don't know if I like it enough to possibly pay 4BB more to see his counterfeited bottom two pair. I am curious how others handle LAGs in this situation.
