Ordering Ace on river from conjelco to outside USA

Could someone answer this
If I know order the Barrys book from conjelco and pay it by neteller how long will it take to hit my mail box?
I take the expensive shippin which costs $40 or something.

I usually have my orders from Conjelco at the door on the third to fifth working day after ordering them. Customs and Conjelco being out of stock are the two possible snafus.

You won't get it in your mailbox if you order by courier though, you have to receive and sign for your book.
