Flop check or bet KK hand

Playing william hill $0.50/$1 table and this hand come up was multi tabling at the time so did my usual flop continuation bet but thinking bout it is there really any value to betting here?
In mid positon get dealt 2 black kings and a couple of limpers in front of me i raise BB blind calls as do the limpers in front of me so 4 to the flop which comes down:

BB checks as do the limpers and i bet but with a scary board like this should i? There was 8.5 small bets in the pot if that helps. Sorry if i've explained it badly but i'm currently playing a few tables at the mo so i've sort of rushed this write up. Peoples opinions greatly appreciated.

Yes, you should bet, the boards scary but you can't allow a free card so a 2h beats you, you should protect your hand with a bet.
