KK on a scary board, flop, check or bet??
playing william hill $0.50/$1 table and this hand come up was multi tabling at the time so did my usual flop continuation bet but thinking bout it is there really any value to betting here?
In mid positon get dealt 2 black kings and a couple of limpers in front of me i raise BB blind calls as do the limpers in front of me so 4 to the flop which comes down: A [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] Q [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 8 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] BB checks as do the limpers and i bet but with a scary board like this should i? There was 8.5 small bets in the pot if that helps. Sorry if i've explained it badly but i'm currently playing a few tables at the mo so i've sort of rushed this write up. Peoples opinions greatly appreciated. |

Re: KK on a scary board, flop, check or bet??
Betting is fine. This board, combined with your PF aggression, looks scary to your opponents too. You'll take down the pot on the flop fairly often.
Be prepared to ditch your hand if somebody plays back, of course. |
