Anything above 13 dollars. I select "Hide Full Tables" then start clicking randomly on tables that say they have 8 or 9 people sitting until I find an empty one. 50% of the time it's donktastic, if it looks bad, I close and click on other ones.

It's really easy to find good tables on 1/2... just ignore waiting lists.

when I'm clearing a bonus at 1/2 6max I usually just pick the first 4 that have $12 or higher, almost all the games on there are good, so I'm not picky, 10 and 11 have worked well for me in the past as well

I haven't played 1/2 full in a long time, but the ave might be a little higher for those games
