Default Physically Healthy and Fit as an Impact on your game?

I was recently pondering my game and thinking that your poker game, becasue it is entirely mental sometimes lets your physical attributes fall to the way side. Everyone knows that your poker game is subject to outside influence and perhaps being well conditioned physically would allow to play a stronger game? Or perhaps just being healthy will have a healthy effect on your game. Discuss

I think there's a current thread on this topic. Everyone agrees that being in shape helps your game, including the sage Dr. Al.

Exercising (e.g. jogging 5 miles in peak heat indices) also helps pull you away from the tables and burn off those howling tilt rages that occur when you lose 9 consecutive SnG's to very poorly informed long-shot callers. At least that's what a good friend of mine told me.
