Default more or less aggression in this one?

It is down to 3 players, the villain is tight passive but has no problem calling down if he thinks he has the best hand.

Party Poker 3/6 Hold'em (4 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is BB with 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
1 fold, Button raises, 1 fold, Hero calls.

Flop: (4.33 SB) 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero checks, Button bets, Hero raises, Button calls.

Turn: (4.16 BB) 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero checks, Button checks.

River: (4.16 BB) 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero bets, Button calls.

Final Pot: 6.16 BB

My river bet was for value.
Did I play this too aggressivly on flop? Should I have bet turn?

I think you were too aggressive on the flop with going for the check raise. Probably better to just lead right out instead. But if you insist on check raising the flop then you should definitely fire again on the turn.

Fold preflop. Probably fold flop.

I like the checkraise though, I think it's a lot better than leading out, because you'll be raised here a lot (by any half decent player), thus losing initiative in the hand. Though if he is very passive it's probably an ok line.

Would you call a turn bet? Is he calling down with A high if you bet the turn?

I probably would fold to a turn bet because I don't think this guy would bet unless he was sure he had me beat. I have seen him check several times before when he faced aggression.

You must follow up with a turn bet here or your flop check-raise is a waste.

I agree. Jeff, would you make this flop checkraise against this type of player or just check/call? I like the checkraise.
