Default AQs, flop-raise with overcards 3-handed.

UTG is a maniac preflop, and very passive postflop. 80/25/0.89. I've seen him 3-bet and/or cap with J2s, 75o and other trash.
SB is your standard passive fishy. 37/2.63/0.44

Preflop: Hero is BB with A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
UTG calls, 1 fold, Button raises, SB calls, Hero 3-bets, UTG caps, Button folds, SB calls, Hero calls.

Flop: (14 SB) 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (3 players)
SB bets, Hero raises, UTG calls, SB calls.

This was for a free card on the turn and to try and get rid of UTG.

Turn: (10 BB) 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (3 players)
SB checks, Hero checks, UTG checks.

On top of an A or Q I'm also betting any safe spade here if it falls.

River: (10 BB) Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (3 players)
SB checks, Hero bets, UTG calls, SB calls.

Final Pot: 13 BB

Standard? or bad time to do this?

Well played. UTGs cold-call on the flop is a bit annoying but I would still proceed with checking the turn, given that if he's on a draw you're not likely to make a hand if he does.
