Default Big blind QQ - What would you do?

OK. Normally I play $2-$4 limit but when a reload bonus needs to be cleared on Party or skins I am 4 tabling $25NL since all hands at these table are raked

Anyway, I am at a very very passive table for about an hour. People limping in from all places with almost no pre-flop raises (expect for my raises), maybe a $1 raise sometimes. Other than this passive behaviour no particular reads on someone.

So I am in the big blind with QQ. Nice. But wtf? All of a sudden an early-middle position player raises $3 and the CO pushes $24 for an all-in. Folded to me. What would you do?

With no reads other than "very very passive table", I fold. It's just too likely one of them has a bigger pair, especially at a passive table.
