Hold'em Cockpit, somewhat like Poker Tracker?

A friend of mine stumbled across this today and sent me a link to Hold'em Cockpit. I haven't looked at it very closely but it seems to be something somewhat similar to Poker Tracker, but free. Has anyone ever heard of, or used this program? 'Stosh

Is that the one which says (in a guilty way IMO) no spyware, wont reveal your hole cards to others.

When will people stop downloading this kind of software, especially the free ones? I would think there is a huge chance that such applications WILL phone home with your hole cards.

Before you say what about Norton Internet Security ? etc...
The kind of noob that would install these applications, when the pop up comes up saying "Super Dooper Holdem Wizard Calculatem Genius is trying to access the internet" they will think "ooh it needs to do that to get MY hole cards" and they will OK it.

Maybe I am being paranoid, but I think that people need to show more caution before downloading the latest odds calculator that gets spammed across the tables.
