Default Fold to this river raise?

Only have the PT read, through 40 hands UTG+1 is 85/5/0.25.

Party Poker 0.5/1 Hold'em (10 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is UTG with K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
Hero raises, UTG+1 calls, 4 folds, CO calls, 2 folds, BB calls.

Flop: (8.50 SB) 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (4 players)
BB checks, Hero bets, UTG+1 calls, CO calls, BB calls.

Turn: (6.25 BB) 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (4 players)
BB checks, Hero bets, UTG+1 calls, CO calls, BB folds.

River: (9.25 BB) 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (3 players)
Hero bets, UTG+1 raises, CO folds, Hero?

To me, it's obvious that he has an 8 here. But, I am admittedly multi-tabling and not really paying that much attention to individual players. Do I just call down in this situation? What do you think through before deciding to fold or call?
