Party .5/1 is weird right now

Is it just me or is party .5/1 really tight at the moment? Lot of tables with average pot sizes of $2-$3. There are also an abnormal amount of tables running with less than 6 players. What gives? I was looking to drag some big pots tonight.. guess I'll settle for blind stealing

I just checked the average pots and they all seem to be the usual 4-8$. I have a theory though. It seems when playing at night (1-7AM EST), tables just seem tighter, even at 0,5/1$... or maybe thats just my crazy brain seeing patterns where there are none, lol

just frustrated that I couldn't find my usual ~65 vp$ip game, had to settle with something closer to 40 (obviously not bad at all)

id say the empire poker reload would have a lot to do with it.

Every time there is a major bonus being offered, the .50/1 and 1/2 6max tables become tougher, as there are a lot of higher limit players playing there trying to clear bonuses. This usually takes about 5 days after the bonus starts to clear up. I ended up on a .50/1 table with SEVEN TAAs last night.

This is a g00t time to data-mine, and add some more TAAs to your PT collection for higher limits (although many of them may show up as LAAs on the lower limits, if they're just donking around on what is basically play money to them.)
