Default Couple more situations (facing raises PF)

What sort of hands do you guys call a PF cap from moderate (30-40 PFR) LAG, generally, after raising yourself? I run into this all the time with KQ, ATs, AJ, middle pairs... I pretty much always drop them but I know I play too tight too.

Second, I noticed that there were some default steal-calling hands from the SB getting tossed around in a few threads. I'd always figured that any hand not good enough to reraise with (unless you're being tricky for some reason) should be folded to a LP open raise. So I'm probably missing a few situations here as well, or conversely being too aggro PF with the hands I oughta be calling with. It's all situational of course, hands you might call with against a high percentage stealer get tossed against a rock, but I'm looking for the middle ground or maybe even just some examples of situations
