i'll try and start the discussion. good question by the way.

1st reads on who/where the blind steal is coming from. some people look like they are stealing the blinds based on position, but actually only raise with good hands.

if you're in the SB- you have to be much tighter on your blind steal defenses compared to BB. first, because you still have a player behind you, and second, you have to put in more $ than from BB to make it worth it.

another is if you are pretty sure it is a blind steal, learn to 3-bet sometimes and others call and lead out the flop almost regardless of what comes out- mix it up to be less predictable. and it'll get in the head of the blind stealer that it'll cost him more to attempt to steal the blinds.

i don't have any exact hands per say but hands like overcards and pocket pairs 77+ i guess would be a start.

How do you feel about 3-betting with say 77+ and quality overcards to isolate the raiser? and what about say 22-66 in small blind call or fold or should I only be calling if others have entered the pot.

What about overcards that are unsuited given the SSH advice of playing these hands for a raise? read dependent?

i like the reraise with 77+ as long as it isnt against a maniac. If the stealer is someone who will slowdown then reraise and bet into him on the flop no matter what comes and see where he is at. Knowing what type of player the stealer is makes a big difference in my opinion.

i usually fold 22-66. too many cards to dodge IMO and most stealers aren't stealing with cards lower than that.

sort of read dependent. but say in the BB you have KTo- i'd probably call but i don't think it is worth a reraise, but that could just be me right now. However, AQ and KQ- reraise. more connected and higher overcards.
