Default Online hourly rake

In a 2/4, 3/6, or 4/8 game online, how much is the tight aggressive player losing in the rake per 100 hands? Assume the standard $3 max, $1 at $20, $1 at $40, and $1 at 60. And assume 9 handed table.

Is there a general rule for this? Seems like I might have read and estimate of 1 big bet per hour for B&M.

I understand this depends on a lot of factors such as avg pot and the type of opponents you have. But I was hoping someone might have some real data on this sort of thing.

How did you calculate that figure ?

The original post had a lot of variables to be assumed, so what did you use for pot size, hands played per hour by the player, hands won by the player, rake per hand allocated per player, et cetera.

Can you explain your methodology ?

(For example, did you assume that "rake cost" to player X, described as "tight aggressive", is NOT affected by pot size of pots in which Player X does not compete ? What about the rake in pots Player X wins/loses ??. )
