If there is less variance in O8, can I estimate my winrate at less tha
If variance is lower in O8, do you think less hands will provide a reasonably accurate win rate at your current level? For example (and those who have been accurately tracking a given limit for several thousand hands might be able to help out here) after a thousand hands at .50/1.00, do you think your numbers will probably be pretty similar at ten thousand?
If anyone's been tracking their progress at a certain level, how do your numbers look when compared to your win rate in your 1st thousand hands as compared to your 1st ten thousand hands? |

I don't think 1000 is enough for a projection.
10000 says something. 1000 says little. Just my opinion. |

I actually think that 1000 hands will get you close to your VPIP numbers...once you get comfortable palying a set group of hands, I don't beive most people add big groups of hands very often.
The Won $ at Showdown numbers are the ones that will be smoothed out as you get more hands approaching 5000 and 10,000. Dave |
