Villain seems laggy but sample size is small
Flop was a whiffed c/r, should I just bet out?

I like your c/r attempt on the flop, i would have played the flop the same.

I really like to fold this spots on the turn in similar cases, because the pot is so small and he is likly to have somthing big after this play. But in this case your hand is good and i think its a close dessision.
