There are a few places in the US where sino gambling is legal at 18. There are also plenty of foreign countries that allow sino gambling at 18 and 19.

I cut my teeth there when I was 19.

depends where you're located. casino age is 18 here in FL, but we have this crappy $2 max bet rule. only way around it is SNGs or MTTs.
