Default All-in or Limp???

165 person live tournament. Down to 40 players, average stack is 10,000 and I have 4,500. I have gone all-in a couple times in the last couple of orbits and showed once (45 of spades). The table is somewhat losse aggressive, 9-handed.

First hand after a break, blinds are 300-600 and antes are 75. I am UTG+1 and get KK. UTG folds. Pot is currently 1575. Should I:

a) Make a small raise which a good player will pick up that I have a monster right away.

b) Limp and hope someone pushes, risk seeing a multi-way flop and hope I can get my money in as best.

c) Push. It could look like a steal and get called and but I risk just picking up the blinds and antes.

The results are independent of my question but I will post them right after.

Push. You did the advertising, now reap the rewards.

On a side note, when you are short stacked, I HATE showing someone a bluff. You want uncontested blinds more times than not. Why make them second guess and call you down with Ax?

Hero min-raise to 1200
SB raises to 4000
BB all-in for 13000
Hero calls all-in
SB calls (has BB covered)

Hero has KK, SB has QQ, BB, has AJo. Ace flops and I am out in 40th. I guess I got what I wanted and would have been in good shape with over 14000 in chips. However, if I push I double up through QQ because AJ doeasn't call (probably).
