Something is funky here - how could you re-raise to only 400 when previous raiser raised 250?

He caught his set. You lose.

And, for what it's worth, I would PUSH after BB's re-raise here.

Why would you even post this? It would be very stupid to fold AA here.

Push all-in over the BB's re-raise. He could be doing that with any number of hands you beat: 99-KK, broadway hearts, 8A, 33-66, god knows what else.

I posted this to see if anyone else thought that this guy had 87, like I did, but like you I didn't think that he would have called my inital raise with that hand so I reraised and pushed all in.

I figured he had two pair and he did, but I wanted to see if I was right so I paid the price to see his hand. Otherwise I would always wonder if he bluffed me out of something.

I think after he reraises me he is saying I have two pair and you better be able to beat that

Live game at the MGM in Vegas last month - my friend had pocket aces, and the third heart fell on the river - he bet, the other guy raises big, and my friend called his hand. He goes "you caught your junk flush huh"

And he was right

But he STILL CALLED the raise and lost.

He got the information he paid for.

To this day, I commend him for putting the guy on the hand, then I rip him for not being able to lay down AA ..
