How much do eventual antes change your approach in multis...?

If it's a bit too general a question, forgive me... What I'm getting at is what general formula do you use to determine when blind-stealing mode kicks in, if say you're maintaining more or less an average stack, depending on your perception of your table image and such, as opposed to the Party-type multis where their'll always be just blinds....
