Default Party Poker Skins?

Can someone explain to me how this works? I currently play on party, but I am interested in getting rackback and the only way to do that is through a skin. So when you play on a skin (empire, etc.) are you playing in the exact same games as party players, such as the same sngs? Or are there options that you lose on the skins that you get on party?

I think rackback is what you get at Chili's if you frequently order ribs there. You're in the wrong forum.

There are some tournaments that are specific to Party. You can't (I believe) play in the Steps on other skins. I don't believe you can play on the bad beat tables either.
