I've bought handgrabber but I'm still waiting for the registration key. How long did it take for you guys to recive the key, or did you get it instantly in the first mail?

I dont remember exactly if i got it directly in my email or not but i got it quite fast, within 24 or 48 hours. Id email if its been more then 48 hours.

Can theHG program also grab OBSERVED hands?? Or do you have to be seated at a table in order for it to get the HHs?

There was some problem with the automated registration system. But if you email the address given in the payment email, the author is very good about replying promptly.

I don't think I got an email from the author, rather I got an email from the payment company that processed my credit card. IIRC there was a like in my receipt to my account and somewhere in there was the registration number.
