TT-anywhere unless there's a raise in front of me (depends on the raiser)
77-99 - late position with only 1 or 2 limpers in front (only 1 if it's 77 or 88)

When I'm playing limit hold'em and am dealt 88-TT. I like good hands.

Seriously TT always. 99 almost always. 88 usually. Do you really need a why?

99, TT, always. 88 when it is folded to me in MP or later.
Why: cause they are damn good hands.

I raise with TT UTG. 99 or 88 depends on the table, but I'll try to see a flop if possible to see it cheap or with lots of other players in, at any cost

Generally

Raise TT in every position.
Raise 99 in every position when the game is passive enough.
Open-raise in MP with all of them.
Reraise with all of them to isolate in late position.

That's generally. But it depends

I start with TT UTG and drop it by a rank as I move out. 99 UTG+1, 88 UTG+2, 77 MP1, 66 MP2, 55 MP3, 22 CO. Once it reaches the cutoff I'm pretty much no longer playing to have the best hand, I'm placing 2 small bets in the pot as a wager than the blinds won't call.
