Default A very common situation in which I get stuck.

Villain in this hand is really loose and passive, call call call all day long.

Online 2/4.

Villain is MP and open limps, folded to me in the BB with 2 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]3 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] and I check.

Flop: T [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]5 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]2 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

Bet, call.

Turn: 6 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

Bet, call.

River: J [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

what is your plan?

I think all three postflop streets are very open to discussion here as well, so rag on my flop and turn play too if need be.

Check-folding the flop here is horrible.

If I have a super good read on the guy, enough that I know if I check and he bets that I'm beaten, then I'll go ahead and check/fold. Else I'm inclined to check/call. Betting out seems really bad unless you can really put him on a naked ace that he'll call the river with.

Up against 2 passive guys who are likely to call with anything, but would not necessarily raise with better hand, I wouldn't bet the flop, though I might check/call.

Whatever I did on the flop, I am not betting the turn here.

I decided to bet the flop because I may very well have the best hand and I'm not sure what to make of him betting if I check to him. I bet the turn because you'll see them drop their lousy draw and awful lot to a turn bet.

I'll take a shot against two passive guys on the flop, maaaaybe the turn if only one guy calls and I put him on overs. But that's not the situation here -- it's HU.

I have no idea why I thought there were 2 opponents when I posted before. I must have been confusing threads.

Against just one passive/calling station opponent, I would bet the flop and the turn.
